Registrations open for the on-line NZHA 2021 Conference

The NZHA are pleased to announce that registrations are now open for the online NZHA Conference (Tuesday 23 November to Friday 26 November). We have worked to keep prices affordable, $30 for standard registration and $15 for students. The registration page can be found here.

The conference will begin on Tuesday 23 November, with sessions for post-graduate students between 9am and 3.30pm. The formal opening of the conference will then take place at 5.30pm, followed by the Wiremu Maihi Te Rangikaheke Memorial Lecture delivered by Dr Peter Meihana.

On Wednesday and Thursday there will be presentation sessions between 9am and 4.30pm, with a long lunch break between 12pm and 2pm during which networking sessions will run.

The conference will reconvene at 6pm for the other keynote speakers. On Wednesday evening Emeritus Professor Margaret Tennant will deliver the J.C. Beaglehole Lecture, and on Thursday evening the W.H Oliver Lecture will be given by Associate Professor Anna Clarke.

On Friday presentation sessions will run from 9am until 2.30pm, with the NZHA prize giving held during the lunch break. The NZHA AGM will then begin at 3pm.

A draft programme will be circulated to presenters later this week, then made publicly available when confirmed. It contains many fascinating and thought-provoking sessions.
