PHANZA members are invited to the PHANZA AGM on Thursday 21 September 2023.
Time: The meeting will start at 5.30pm.
Venue: George’s Room at the Thistle Inn, Wellington, 3 Mulgrave Street, or on Zoom.
Drinks and nibbles will be provided.

PHANZA’s constitution needs to be amended to include a disputes resolution clause required for compliance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The wording “disputes will be resolved according to the procedures in Schedule 2 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022” is proposed.
