Regrettably, Covid’s unwelcome presence means that we will not be able to hold next Thursday’s AGM (23 September) at our chosen venue, Heritage New Zealand’s headquarters at Antrim House in Wellington. It also means that key committee members will not be able to travel to Wellington. As a consequence, the PHANZA committee has decided to hold the AGM on-line.
The benefit of this is that any member who wishes to will be able to participate in the meeting, which will be hosted on Zoom and begin at the same time – 5.30pm. We will send out information closer to time on the protocols that will be followed to make sure the meeting progresses properly and efficiently. In the meantime, below is the link to the meeting.
