Managing online applications

Applications to join PHANZA can be made directly from the website. After filling in the online form and hitting ‘Submit‘ the application is automatically emailed to the Secretary. A copy of the application is also stored in the database, and can be viewed by the site ‘Editors‘.

To administer online applications, simply click on ‘Join PHANZA‘ under the main menu. As long as you are logged in to the site, you will see a ‘Results‘ tab under the page title. Clicking on this will take you to a list of submitted applications. From here applications can be downloaded and deleted, and statistics on submitted applciations accessed.
