Unfortunately, the compliance requirements of volunteer organisations have risen sharply in recent years and PHANZA is no exception. Where possible we are trying to reduce the demands on our volunteer officers and committee members.
We are therefore asking members who belong to institutions to pay their subscriptions in the first instance, and then recover that cost from their institution.
Subscription notices, not invoices, are issued at the beginning of each financial year. Payment can be made to the PHANZA account, upon which a receipt will be issued and reimbursement can then be requested from your institution.
Please note that we are not a GST registered trading entity and GST invoices or receipts are not issued.
