Wellington City Council has a vacancy for a Senior Heritage and Urban Regeneration Advisor. The main functions of this role is to proactively understand the role of heritage and urban regeneration and develop relationships both across Council and externally. A specialist knowledge of heritage buildings and understanding of strategic priorities will be required to bring stakeholders together.
You will provide heritage assessment of Resource Consent applications so experience in heritage management in a Resource Management Act environment and an understanding of New Zealand’s heritage legislation are also essential.
This role is full-time based in Wellington and applications close 8 June 2021.
