New publication: Royal Society Te Apārangi – Guidelines for the best-practice use of generative AI in research in Aotearoa New Zealand

One of the functions of Royal Society Te Apārangi is to support good research practice in Aotearoa New Zealand.

In collaboration with experts, Royal Society Te Apārangi has developed Guidelines for the best-practice use of generative artificial intelligence in research in Aotearoa New Zealand: https://www.royalsociety.org.nz/what-we-do/research-practice/generative-artificial-intelligence-in-research-in-aotearoa-new-zealand

These guidelines are for all researchers in Aotearoa New Zealand who are using, or thinking about using, GenAI in their research. It is expected that individuals and organisations will tailor these guidelines for their own purposes and contexts.
