The 2022 New Zealand Symposium of Gastronomy will look at the refreshing foods, ideas and liquids that sustain us, enliven our palates and bring us together socially. The Symposium will be held in late February or March 2022 and hosted at Te Manawa Museum of Art, Science and History in Palmerston North.
Call for Papers
The call for papers is now open on and off the Symposium theme of Refreshment. Abstracts can be sent to Juliet Galuszka at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online registrations will open once the 2022 Symposium date has been determined.
